  diagnostic laparoscopy, hystero-resectoscopy, laparoscopy of the uterine adnexa,
  TVT-O procedures for urinary incontinence, vaginal plastic surgery, and uterine extirpation surgeries.
• A. Rotberga does not perform abortions, due to a firm belief in the
  sanctity and inviolability of human life. Life is a gift at all stages,
  including in the mother’s womb, and must be protected.
  
• Therefore, patients may receive a FREE Abortion Pill Reversal (APR) procedure
  from A. Rotberga. This may be applicable when a woman changes her mind after taking the first
  medication abortion pill (Mifepristone) and wishes to continue the pregnancy.
  The protocol is effective if intensive progesterone therapy is started within 24 hours
  (at the latest within 72 hours) after taking Mifepristone, but it is ineffective after the
  second set of pills (Misoprostol) has been taken.
  When initiating progesterone therapy, ongoing ultrasound monitoring is also required.
