This may be applicable when a woman changes her mind after taking the first medication abortion pill (Mifepristone) and wishes to continue the pregnancy.
The protocol is effective if intensive progesterone therapy is started within 24 hours (at the latest within 72 hours) after taking Mifepristone, but it is ineffective after the second set of pills (Misoprostol) has been taken.

How to prepare for the abdominal cavity USG?
2-3 days before the exam it’s advisable to avoid fresh vegetables, fruits and freshly-squeezed juices.
The usual medications may be taken before the exam.
Arrive on an empty stomach (do not eat for at least 5–6 hours before).
Before the exam you may only drink water.
